The main reason we love products produced using natural ingredients is that they have impressive results without leaving toxic residue on our bodies.

We are happy to see that, everyday, new brands that bring to light forgotten traditional recipes and use simple natural ingredients to create cosmetics, are created . Cretan Bee is proud to be a part of this movement.

In many contries, recipes using bee's products have been created, that have significanthealing results on . Bee's products are beneficial to man, healing many diseases and aiding humans in living a long, high quality life.

How was the brand created ?

The name Cretan Bee is inspired from a type of bee, indigenous to Crete, that had adapted to its climate. 

Sadly this type of bee is now extict, mainly due to the impact of man on the environment.With the loss of this special bee humans have lost their connection eith nature and their own traditions.

Our goal is to contribute, to a degree that it is possible, on recconecting man and nature. Using the strong traditional foundation of natural products. We firmly believe that creating trust between humans and nature,  humanity will be able to respect, honor  and live in harmony with nature

The bee design on the logo is based and inspired from two ancient civilisations the Minoan and Mycenaean, that both respected and honored nature.

We are really grateful to the artist Ilianna Bardi that created the brand logo with lots of love for the Cretan Bee vision.

How where the product recipes created ?

Cretan bee products contain our heritage and tradition that have been brought to the present . Our recipes are based on beeswax, that has been used as a cosmetic and healing ingredient from ancient times. Our products are a combination beeswax and other bee's products including honey and propolis with different herbs and herb waters that have been chosen based on their natural properties.
